All works submitted must ensure that they do not infringe the rights of any other party;
The organizing committee has the right to reject any works that violate the cultural or moral standards of various countries and do not meet the competition requirements;
The works submitted by participants must be original works. If intellectual property or copyright disputes occur, the organizing committee has the right to cancel their participation and the participants will be responsible for the consequences;
The organizing institution enjoys the rights of exhibition, publishing (including electronic publishing), distribution, collection, etc. of the submitted works, and has the right to modify and adjust them according to the needs of publicity and promotion without prior notice to the participants;
The submitted works can include traditional and digital media, but do not accept works generated or adjusted by artificial intelligence (AI). If discovered, the organizing committee has the right to cancel their participation and the participants will be responsible for the consequences;
